به گزارش روز یكشنبه پایگاه اطلاع رسانی جمعیت هلال احمر، 'اسماعیل حرب ' برادر شهید شیخ راغب حرب در این دیدار با اشاره به فعالیت های هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران در كشور لبنان گفت: راه اندازی بیمارستان شهید راغب در جنوب لبنان یكی از فعالیت های بشر دوستانه این نهاد است.

وی تصریح كرد در بازدیدی كه از موزه جمعیت هلال احمر داشتم به این نتیجه رسیدم كه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ارائه خدمت بشر دوستانه در ایران و كشورهای دیگر پیش قدم و فعال است.

اسماعیل حرب با اشاره به علاقه مندی شهید راغب به ایران گفت: زمانی كه اسرائیل به لبنان حمله كرد شهید راغب در تهران بود و برخلاف افرادی كه ترجیح دادند در این زمان به وطن خود بازنگردند او برگشت و روبروی اسرائیل ایستاد.

در ادامه این دیدار رییس جمعیت هلال احمر ایران نیز با بیان اینكه در فرهنگ اسلام شهید به یك مرز و مكان مشخص محدود نمی شود، خاطر نشان كرد: شهید راغب شهید كشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز محسوب می شود.
